Agreement.

A place in the circle.

By submitting your application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. You agree that the club may use this information to review your request and contact you about it, as described below.

Submission does not guarantee admission, create a membership, or charge a membership fee. Membership conditions and any fees will be shared with you separately before you decide to join.

The details you share.

We collect your name, city, email, phone number, company, business website, Instagram profile if provided, annual company revenue, and application responses. We use these details to review your membership request and contact you about that request.

Please do not include payment information, identity documents, or sensitive personal details in the application.

Handled with care.

Applications are stored in private storage provided by Vercel. Access is restricted to authorized project administrators and the membership review team.

Brevo processes your email address and the confirmation message to send an acknowledgement of your application. If you choose SMS confirmation, Twilio processes your phone number and the confirmation message to deliver it. Service providers may process your information to operate this service.

One confirmation.
Your choice.

The form currently starts with “Yes” selected for testing. With “Yes”, submitting your application requests one SMS confirmation from Pugachev Luxury LifeStyle at the number you provide. Choose “No” to apply without SMS. SMS is optional and is not required to apply. Message and data rates may apply.

The application agreement checkbox does not give SMS consent. We record whether “Yes” was selected automatically or chosen by you. An automatic selection is not recorded as an active opt-in to future club updates. To opt in to important club events, select “Yes” yourself. Message frequency varies. The current application service sends one initial confirmation; club event updates may be sent separately when available.

SMS consent and phone numbers are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

A record of your choice.

We retain your selected preferences, the disclosure text and version, submission time, and a protected identifier derived from your network address. These records help document consent and prevent duplicate or abusive requests.

We retain application information as needed for review, follow-up, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your required agreement covers the application terms and this privacy notice. The agreement checkbox is selected by default; submitting your application confirms your acceptance. You can deselect it to withhold acceptance, in which case the application cannot be submitted. It does not include SMS consent.
